Let it be established that the find belongs to ancient times, first and this is nothing to do with muslim or chritian invasions in the past and the collections received are from the people or devotees. Whatever may the source the treasure belongs to the people and hence to the country. Rashly addressing anyone is foolish and shows immaturity. To face truth one needs courage and calmness in mind and it appears Ra0wIVinci severely lacks on this point.

ur whole concept of wealth is wrong, wealth is not paper money, but goods and services.. now even if you try to convert these so called gold coins or stones, it will only ADD fuel to corrupt machinery, there will be no improvement scene(just wait and watch). If one GOVT. really need to do some good then the tax collect currently is more than enough !

Its funny. By your argument, the people inside the temple lived on the riches stored in the vaults. If that had been the case the priests and the temple management would be among the richest in the world by now and the vaults would have been empty. This contradicts the fact that the vaults have not been opened in many decades. Secondly, how much of your income do you share? Charity begins at home. Do you have any savings in your bank accounts? Why not share it with those outside your home? Giving handouts to people will not solve their problems.

Why Apex court want to know source of money in temple.It is waste of time in inquiry ,red tape nothing else.Main thing is nation has this money either to pay foreign debt before it goes in a pockets of corrupt ministers or build houses for people living in slums of Mumbai.

As far as I am concerned, there is no difference between people begging outside temples, and those who do so inside them. What people who 'beg' inside don't realize is that if they have more than their needs, instead of donating it inside the temple (of course in return for some intervention from the Almighty !!), perhaps they could share some of their riches with those outside the temples. That way both would live harmoniously.
But, alas it is human nature to accumulate as much as they can, as 'enough' is not a word in anybody's dictionary.

Till date no one had idea what was there in temple.The fools have now exposed everything.Politicians, pundits,security men and general thieves will now pounce on this treasure belongomg to people of kerala and of royal family.Shame.I think supreme court should get same exercise done in churches and mosques of India also.

First things first.It needs to be secured like Fort Knox - and from yesterday, - not tomorrow. May be even with military strength, but in full public view.
It needs to be categorised:

The bullion form -with no other intrinsic value- may become a part of Public Treasury;

Bullion or other precious material with intrinsic value must be secured as they do with Queen's Jewelry in England;

Art Effects. Sculptures and other stuff which has strong intrinsic value is the Trove most cherished for generations. A very special and secure museum needs to be constructed. Roman's devour Michelangelo and Di Vinci, Le Louvre has Mona Lisa as its prize possession. Our art effects are equally cherished Treasure Troves. They do need great protection and preservation.

And to all people connected with this treasure at this moment: Pl do not become a prey to the vultures eyeing for it. For petty benefits, you should not be selling anything belonging to your motherland and invite the curse from the gods whom it belongs, so that you and your generations invite their wrath. If one piece from this Treasure finds place in an Antique shop anywhere in the world, or form a part of anybody's private collection, the gods WILL make the first culprit repent, and repent, and repent for generations.

What is the role of Temple when it receives so many donations or gifts from many people? The wealth so gained, should it be locked without using it? Tirupathi or Vaishnova Devi Temple use the resources so obtained for the benefit of pilgrims and for other works which are useful to the society. Any temple or place of worship is not away from people or from the country. The persons who decide that wealth of the Temple should be preserved for ever also belong to the country and they are not separate or island to themselves.we should think clearly without bias and see the rationale of any issue.

Who will take the responsibility of spending money on poor's uplifting. Certainly not the government as half of the money they will pocket it for their personal use. NGO's are also in the same boat. Trust members are also known to squander the money for their families. Latest example is the looting of cash by Sai Baba Trust and then lying right through their teeth when they are caught. Best thing would be to put them in a highly secured museum like the maharaja museum in Mysore.

The finding of such a massive wealth in the vaults of Sree PadmanabhaSwamy Temple puts everyone at stress as now there is the question of its security as compared to yesteryears when it was totally unarmed.
According to me, a share of the wealth found should be spent for the needy and poor, in fact a godly act. I am sure the Gods will be so happy with that instead of letting it get stolen by some thief. Also, our state can be declared as the one in which there is a very lower percentage of people living below the basic sanitary conditions.
